Edit1 - Introduction
There are times you may receive an error indicating that ReminderPro's
callfile may be corrupted. This error will happen when ReminderPro is attempting to generate a call session — either manually or automatically.
Edit2 - More Information
Should you receive such an error message, please follow these steps:
1. The first thing you should do is shut down Reminder Pro.
2. Double-click on the
My Computer icon on your desktop — or navigate to
Start > My Computer.
3. Double-click on
Local Disk (C:) and open the ReminderPro folder. (For ReminderPro 2.x, it will be named
RPWIN or
RPWIN20, and located directly under the C: drive. For ReminderPro 2008 or DX, it will be located in the
Program Files folder and named
Reminder Pro 2008 or
Reminder Pro DX.) Double click to open the folder.
4. Locate the file called
callfile.tps, and right-click the file and
Delete it.

You should now be able to create and run a call session with no additional problems.
PLEASE NOTE: If this error occurs frequently, it is usually a sign that the hard disk needs to be defragmented. The tool for doing this is found at
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter. Run this program and select the
Local Hard Disk, (C:) when prompted. When ready, click
Defragment. Please be aware that, depending on the size of your hard drive, it can take some time to finish the process.
Edit3 - Applies To
