1 - Introduction

If you get an unauthorized install error window when you attempt to start a call session this usually means the telephony card is not currently running.

The error will look like this:

2 - More Information

First you will want to restart your computer that you have ReminderPro installed on. If the restart did not fix this problem then to correct the error, go to Start > All Programs > Intel Dialogic System Software > Configuration Manager-DCM.

After the Configuration Manager initializes, you will be able to restart the board by clicking the green button. A progress bar will cycle through a few times and then the board will be running as seen by the green dot next to its name in the window and by the status showing as running.

You will want to check that the Configuration Manager is set for automatic restarting by navigating to Service > Startup Mode and verifying the check mark is next to automatic so any time the computer is rebooted, the board will start automatically and ReminderPro will be able to access it.
