InphoniteVoice uses boards manufactured by Pika Technologies. There are settings that directly affect the performance of the board that should be configured.
If you are setting up InphoniteVoice for the first time, or have experienced problems with your call sessions, we recommend making sure these configurations have been set.

To verify these settings, please open the Inphonite Admin client and click the
Interface Service node on the left. Scroll to the Pika Call Detection section, and verify the settings are as shown (items are in
bold):
The only items to change are in the
Pika Call Detection section. Once changes are made, click the
Servers node on the left and restart the Interface Service to make your changes active.

If you are unable to find answers to your question, our Technical Support Department offers per-incident support and annual maintenance contracts.
- OPEN A SUPPORT CASE -All requests received between 9:00am and 6:00pm Eastern (6:00am and 3:00pm Pacific), Monday through Friday, will be responded to that same day.
