Tips for finding what you need when searching:
- Keep it simple. If you are receiving an error message in one of our applications, use one or two key words from the text of the message. Or search on the area of the program you are working with (e.g. Message Maker), or the function you need help with (e.g. Importing).
- Type in only key words or phrases. For example, if you need help on recording messages, you should type record messages rather than I need help on recording messages.
- Consider how the article may be written. For example, if you need to know if your system meets the technical requirements of the program, you might search for the phrase system requirements rather than will my computer run.... The first example is more likely to be contained in the article you seek than the second.
- Your search phrase is case-insensitive. That is, searching on Messages is the same as searching on messages.
