Requirements for DialogicIf you are using a DSP board from Dialogic, you must meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate Operating System from above list
- An open PCI slot (PCIe option available) for each board
Requirements for PIKA HMPIf you are using an HMP board or VoIP (boardless) from PIKA, you must meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate Operating System from above list
- An open PCIe slot for each board (if you are using hardware)
- If you are using HMP for VoIP (boardless) then these additional requirements must be meet:
- VoIP provider is a PBX located within the same data center as the InphoniteVoice server
- You must have 1 licensed VoIP channel on the PBX for each channel of InphoniteVoice.
- Recommended 1 GB ethernet connection minimum.
- VoIP provider is an Internet Telephony Solution Provider (ITSP) such as Gafachi, Skype, etc.
- Public IP address for the InphoniteVoice server.
- Dedicated bandwidth of approximately 100kb (inbound/outbound) per channel.
- Firewall configured for allow SIP and RTP traffic

- 1-11 Channels
- Dual Core processor 2.0 GHz or Higher
- 2 GB RAM
- 250 GB HDD - No RAID
- SQL Server 2008 Express or better
- 12-32 Channels
- DualCore processor 2.5 GHz or Higher
- 4 GB RAM
- 500 GB HDD - Raid 1 or 5
- SQL Server 2008 Express or better (Standard edition recommended)
- 33-96+ Channels
- Two - Dual Core processors or One - Quad Core processor 2.5 GHz or Higher
- 8 GB RAM
- 1 TB HDD - Raid 1 or 5
- SQL Server 2008 Standard or Enterprise
