ReminderPro and LabRetriever is 100% compatable to run remotely using VNC, GotoMyPC or most any other remote control program as long as that remote control program does not take the sound away from the ReminderPro or LabRetriever computer. Microsoft Remote Desktop by default takes the sound from the computer it remotes to. If you are going to use Microsoft Remote Desktop, ReminderPro will work but you must use the following procedure:

When you open the Remote Desktop from the system you are using, you must first select the
Options>> button.
You then select the Local Resources tab at the top and in the Remote Computer Sound box, and in the drop down select the
Leave at remote computer option.
