When starting the application, you may receive the following error message, "Unable to open security access file".

There are two things you should check/do.
- Confirm that you are logged in as a user with Administrator rights on the PC where Reminder Pro is installed. If this is not the issue, then you may try the next suggestion.
- Locate the file named DsSw2.tps. It may be in either C:\Windows or C:\Winnt (assuming the C drive is where you have installed Windows). Replace the file from a backup if available. If no backup is available, then you may download the file from our FTP site:
ftp://ftp.inphonite.com/Downloads/Tools/DsSw2.TPSPlease be aware that if you must use the file from our FTP site, you will need to have the product re-registered with us.
